| Description | Wide temperature neutral cellulase deni for denim abrasion is highly concentrated liquid neutral cellulase preparation produced by submerged fermentation of a nonpathogenic microbial strain. It is specially developed for fabric and garment biopolishing under neutral condition; the process can be done with hydrogen peroxide removal in the same dye bath, and is exclusively designed for formulator. |

Application Temperature: 40-60°C, optimum 45-50°C Ph: 5.5-8.0, optimum 6.0-7.0 Liquor ratio: 5:1-20:1 Dosage: 0.1-0.3% owg Time: 30-60 minutes The dosage has to be optimized based on each application, the raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test with the convenient volume. Inactivation The enzyme is inactivated at temperature above 80°C for 10 minutes, or at pH above 8.0 for 10 minutes. |
