Nature Casein peptone
Description It can be used in a wide range of media and is commonly used with soy peptones in casein soy media. Tryptone facilitates the growth of lactic acid bacteria, yeasts and molds.
Application Tryptone is probably the most widely used peptone in media production for industrial microbiology (lactic acid bacteria, probiotics, etc.), agri-food diagnostics (Listeria, Salmonella, Staphylococcus ......) and pharmaceutical fermentation (toxin production, biomass, etc.).
