| Description |
Xylanase (Thermostable) is produced by submerged fermentation of Trichoderma reesei, followed by purification, drying, and formulation. This product exhibits high hydrolytic activity at elevated temperatures ranging from 70°C to 90°C. The enzyme complex degrades xylan into xylo-oligosaccharides and xylose. It predominantly contains β-1,4-xylanase and β-xylosidase, along with α-D-glucuronidase, α-L-arabinofuranosidase, acetyl xylan esterase, and feruloyl esterase. This comprehensive enzyme mix ensures the complete breakdown of natural xylan in plant materials. |
