Description | TCT-01 is a liquid alpha-amylase preparation produced by submerged fermentation of a nonpathogenic microbial strain. It is specifically developed for the textile desizing process and is used for removing starch-based sizes over a wide temperature range. This product belongs to the hydrolytic enzyme family, targeting the α-1,4 glycosidic bonds in starch, glycogen, etc., resulting in the production of removable dextrins, oligosaccharides, and a small amount of glucose. |

Application Recommendation |
Application The recommended dosage is 0.2-0.3 g/L and treatment should last for 30-60 minutes. The dosage has to be optimized based on each application, the raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test with the convenient volume. Inactivation The Enzyme will be inactivated at above120°C for 10 minutes, or at pH above 11.0 for 10 minutes. |
