Description The product is created by blending carefully optimized proportions of glucoamylase and pullulanase, which are derived from submerged fermentation of Aspergillus niger and Bacillus subtilis, respectively. This combination enhances the efficiency of saccharification by preventing the formation of limit dextrins and by-products. As a result, the process becomes more cost-effective and yields a higher amount of glucose.

Application Recommendation The recommended dosage is 0.35-0.6 kg of the enzyme preparation per ton of dry starch when saccharifying at 60-63°C and pH 4.3-4.5. A starting dose of 0.45kg per ton of dry starch is recommended under most conditions. The dosage has to be optimized based on each application, the raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test with the convenient volume.
