| Description |
Xylanase (XYS) is produced by submerged fermentation of Trichoderma reesei, followed by a meticulous process of purification and formulation. This product exhibits high hydrolytic activity within a broad temperature range (30°C-80°C) and operates optimally within a slightly acidic pH range (pH 4.0-6.0). Xylanase is a complex enzyme responsible for breaking down xylan into xylo-oligosaccharides and xylose. The product primarily contains β-1,4-xylanase and β-xylosidase, but also includes other ancillary enzymes such as α-D-glucuronidase, α-L-arabinofuranosidase, acetyl xylanase, and feruloyl esterase. This combination ensures the complete degradation of natural xylan present in plant materials. |
