Overview

Instruction Turn on the water quality analyzer.
Add 5.0 mL of the water sample to each tube and select the calibration curve to set the zero point.
Add one dose of Reagent A powder to each tube, shake vigorously to dissolve the powder. Wipe the outer walls of the tube clean, and wait until there are no air bubbles inside the tube before measuring.
Complete the measurement within 3 minutes.
Note: After the measurement, immediately clean the test tubes with distilled water.
Testing Principle Under conditions with a pH of 6.2-6.5, free chlorine reacts directly with (DPD) to form a red-colored compound. The absorbance of this compound is measured at a wavelength of 515 nm using the spectrophotometric method.
