Introduction | Trypsin specifically cleaves peptide bonds at the C-terminal of lysine and arginine and can degrade intercellular binding proteins. The amino acid sequence of recombinant porcine trypsin is consistent with that of porcine pancreatic trypsin, which is expressed and produced through recombinant E. Coli. It can replace the traditional extraction method of trypsin in various fields, including vaccine production, stem cell therapy, immune cell therapy, drug screening, antibody production, and other cell digestion processes. Enzyme activity can be inhibited by inhibitors such as aprotinin and soybean trypsin inhibitor. |

Method of Use |
Solution Preparation: To prepare the solution, allow the recombinant trypsin to melt at room temperature. According to the COA (Certificate of Analysis), take the appropriate amount of trypsin. Add an HBSS equilibrium solution (or another buffer suitable for cell digestion). If necessary, add EDTA to a final concentration of 0-1 mM, preferably not exceeding 2 mM. The recommended trypsin concentration for general use is approximately 0.1-0.3 mg/ml. Adjust the concentration according to the specific cell type. Gently mix the solution. Use a 0.22 μm filter membrane to sterilely transfer the solution to a sterile container. This step can be performed at room temperature. The filtered trypsin solution should be used directly on the same day as required. For example, add 1 ml to a T25 flask and incubate at 37°C to digest the cells. The solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 1-2 weeks. Long-Term Preservation: If good recombinant trypsin is used for cell digestion and long-term preservation is needed, store the solution at -20°C. It can be stably stored for up to 12 months. |
