Overview

Introduction Soybean trypsin inhibitor is a serine protease inhibitor that can inhibit the activity of trypsin, chymotrypsin, and plasmin. Its ability to inhibit trypsin is higher than that of chymotrypsin and plasmin. Additionally, it can inhibit plasma kallikrein and coagulation factor Xa, but it does not inhibit metalloproteinases or tissue kallikrein. The inhibitor and protease can bind efficiently in equimolar quantities to form a stable complex, thereby blocking the active site of the enzyme. The suitable pH range for trypsin inhibition is pH 6.0-10.0. Recombinant soybean trypsin inhibitor was expressed and purified using recombinant E. Coli, ensuring no contamination from rat sources and the absence of other miscellaneous proteases.
Product Advantage Non-Animal Origin: recombinant production, no exogenous virus contamination, the production process does not use any animal source raw materials.
Quality: Mass production can ensure stable and continuous batch production; there is no difference between product batches and the quality is stable.
Compliance with regulatory requirements: The production equipment and production environment comply with relevant regulatory requirements, and the production process is in full compliance with NSF ISO 9001: 2015 Quality System and GMP guidelines.
Quality documents complete: According to customer needs, can provide relevant regulatory support documents.
Method of Use Inhibitor binds efficiently equimolar to the protease, with a recommended binding pH>6.0 and no binding at pH<5.0.
Product Use Soybean trypsin inhibitor is a serine protease inhibitor, which can form a stable complex with protease to block the active site of the enzyme, can be replaced. Soybean trypsin inhibitor and Animal-derived aprotinin is used in various biotechnological processes, such as inhibition of serine protease activity in recombinant protein production, cell culture and other biotechnological processes.
