| Introduction | Trypsin is a serine protease that can cleave lysine and refined amino acids to form peptide bonds. Recombinant trypsin (recombinant human trypsin) is produced through recombinant E. Coli technology, and its amino acid sequence is completely consistent with that of human trypsin. Recombinant human trypsin exhibits the same enzymatic properties as animal-derived porcine trypsin and can be used as an alternative to porcine pancreatic trypsin in various biotechnological processes. Its activity is affected by serine protease inhibitors such as PMSF and Aprotinin, as well as metal ion chelating agents like EDTA, which inhibit enzyme activity. |
