Lys-Cto target protein= 1: 1000-1: 20000, suitablepH7.0-9.5, reaction temperature30-37°C, reaction time 2-24 hours. The user can optimize the optimum temperature, reaction time and enzyme according to the research purpose proportion. Should be avoided in the enzyme digestion system TLCK, guanidine hydrochloride and other enzyme inhibitors. The reaction system contains 0.2% SDS, 1.0% Triton, 6 mol/L Urea, 0.5mol/L NaCl, 20% acetonitrile had no effect on the enzymatic reaction. |
