Description The production process of this material is very mature, ensuring the stability of product quality. This product uses a two-component skin-core structure composite fiber, which fully utilizes the characteristics of different polylactic acids (PLA) to achieve optimal performance. Specifically, the skin part uses low-melting-point polylactic acid, which has good softness and is suitable for applications with high requirements for comfort and feel; while the core part uses high-melting-point polylactic acid, which has high strength and can improve the durability and tensile resistance of the overall product. This innovative material combination provides superior performance for various uses.
Application These fibers are particularly suitable for producing sanitary materials, thermal insulation fillers, filter materials, etc. through hot air infiltration process. They are also the best choice for all biodegradable non-woven fabrics, non-colloid cotton and natural composite board bonding materials.
