The water sample to be tested should be collected and preserved according to the relevant regulations of HJ/T91. Homogenization measures should be taken before use. For the water sample to be tested: Accurately transfer 5.0 mL of the sample into the pre-assembled reagent. Add one dose of Reagent B powder to each tube, and digest in the digestion instrument at 150°C for 30 minutes. After digestion, remove the tubes, cool them to room temperature, and accurately add 2.0 mL of Reagent C. Shake well, wipe the outer walls of the tubes clean, and place them into the colorimeter for calibration to zero. Remove the tube, add Reagent D, shake until dissolved, then add 3 drops of Reagent E and shake again. Let the solution stand at room temperature for 5 minutes and then take the reading. |

| Testing Principle | In an acidic medium, orthophosphate and molybdate react to form phosphomolybdic heteropoly acid in the presence of antimony salt, which is immediately reduced to form a blue complex. The depth of blue is proportional to the phosphate content. The absorbance value is measured at a wavelength of 880m. |
