Casein enzymic hydrolysate 10.0 g Meat extract 1.0 g Sodium chloride 5.0 g Phenol red 0.018g |
| Directions | Dissolve 16.02 g in 1000 mL of distilled water. Add the desired amount of test carbohydrate. Heat if necessary to dissolve the medium completely. Mix well and dispense in tubes containing inverted Durham tubes. Autoclave at 15 pounds pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. |
