| Directions | Suspend 31.02 g in 1000 ml of purified/distilled water. Add 5-10 grams of carbohydrate as needed. Heat to boiling to completely dissolve the medium. Dispense in tubes or flasks as needed and autoclave at 15 pounds pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Allow the tubular medium to cool in the tilted position, forming a tilt with deep joints. |
