Description Penicillium bilaiae is a soil fungus inoculant that enhances phosphate availability, promoting better root growth and larger leaf area in crops. It grows along plant roots, releasing phosphate bound in the soil, which increases crop access to phosphate. While it does not replace the need for phosphate fertilizers, it helps improve yield potential.

• Enhances phosphate availability and early plant vigor
• Boosts root and shoot development
• Promotes earlier and more uniform maturation
• Supports improved stress tolerance and earlier growth
• Increases yield potential
• Enhances plant nutrition, helping plants cope with environmental pressures
• Improves winter wheat survival potential
• Remains effective in cool soils with low phosphate availability
• Penicillium bilaiae helps release phosphate that is otherwise bound in soil and fertilizer, making it more accessible for plants. Typically, up to 90% of applied phosphate fertilizer remains unused in the year it's applied because it binds to soil particles and other elements, rendering it unavailable to crops. While some of this phosphate is utilized in subsequent years, at least 25% never becomes accessible. Efficient use of fertilizer phosphate is essential for maximizing crop yields.
• Soil Drench: Apply 1.5 grams per square meter as early as possible to the crop for optimal effect.
• Seed Application: Use commercial seed application equipment. Ensure applicators previously used for pesticides are triple rinsed before using them for Phos Activator.
• Mixing with Liquid Inoculants: Phos Activator can be used with all nitrogen-fixing rhizobial inoculants. To mix:
• Suspend the entire contents of Phos Activator in a small amount of the liquid inoculant for easier mixing.
• Pour this mixture into the remaining liquid rhizobial inoculant.
• Mix thoroughly to ensure suspension. No additional water is needed.
