Instruction |
The water sample to be tested should be collected and preserved according to the relevant regulations of HJ/T91. Homogenization measures should be taken before use. Take the pre-assembled reagents, using one as the reference, and select the same number of colorimetric tubes as the number of water samples to be tested. Place them on the test tube rack. Accurately add 5 mL of the water sample to each tube (for the blank, add 5 mL of distilled water), shake well, and let it react for 15 minutes. Wipe the outer walls of the test tubes clean, and follow the instrument's user manual to select the appropriate calibration curve for measurement. |
Testing Principle |
In a phosphate medium, nitrite ions react with p-aminobenzenesulfonamide to form a diazonium salt, which then couples with naphthylamine hydrochloride to generate a red dye. The absorbance of this red dye is measured at 540 nm. Interference: The main interfering substance is chloride ions. The pH of the water sample should be controlled between 1 and 5. |
