| Description |
Xylanase (Neutral) is produced through submerged fermentation of Trichoderma reesei, followed by purification, drying, and formulation. This enzyme exhibits efficient hydrolytic activity across a broad temperature range (50°C-65°C) and pH range (4.5-7.0). Xylanase is a complex enzyme system designed to break down xylan into xylo-oligosaccharides and xylose. This product primarily contains β-1,4-xylanase and β-xylosidase, along with smaller amounts of α-D-glucuronidase, α-L-furan arabinosidase, acetyl xylan esterase, and feruloyl esterase. This combination ensures the complete degradation of natural xylan present in plant materials. |
