| Application Recommendation |
The recommended dosage 0.3～0.5％ on basis of dry raw material. The dosage has to be optimized based on raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test with the convenient volume. Before dosing soak raw material in warm water for 30min, disperse the enzyme in 40°C water and add into plant raw materials, stir gently to mix, adjust pH and temperature before addition of the enzyme when necessary to ensure required reaction condition, keep at 40°C for 2hrs, go on with the rest processes as usual. |
