| Description | These neutral enzyme series product can be directly used or diluted usded for bio-polishing of process cotton fabric or other cellulosic fabric and fading/biofinishing/abrasion of denim garments, which can make fabric obtain the longer anti-pilling performance and less fabric strength loss. After treatment, the surface of fabrics made from cotton or celluosic fiber is hand-feel soft and textural clearly, and the denim fabric/garments is clearly towards flower (abrasion/fade) point, strong stereoscopic, low back-staining and obvious indigo-white contrast. |
| Characteristics |
Workable in wide pH range (4.0-8.0), normally no need adjust pH value during processing. Workable in wide temperature range (30-60°C), Best in 40-65°C. Can be used for bio-polishing process before or after dyeing. Also it is capable to combine the bio-finishing with dyeing in a single bath, which save the time and energy at the same time of ensuring the good quality. Have very good using effect in blend of polyester & cotton, linen/flax, ramie fabric. This product can be applied for different wet treatment processing, such as industrial washing machine, overflow machine, jetdyeing machine, and other machines with strong mechanical actions. |

| Shelf Life | Under suitable storage conditions, the liquid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 6 months, and the solid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 12 months. Expiration and or unsuitable storage conditions including high temperature will cause dosage increase. |
