| Characteristics |
Strong resistance to heat and adverse environment, in the phosphate buffer liquid it can survice more than 20minutes. The spore produced by T-11 are resistant to stomach acid and bile, resistant more to acid than pathogens. The spore of T-11 can normally germinate and reproduce even in the wort culture medium which contains diluted hydrochloric acid (pH4.6-5.6), sodium hydroxide solution (pH7.6-9.6), the salt solution (5%, 10%, 20%), 2.5% boric acid solution. In the gut, metabolism produces the main metabolite--L-(+)-lactic acid. Spore of T-11 has 2-8 times higher antibiotics resistance compared with nutirent. The spores of T-11 can be effectively implanted in the body, stay in the body for a long time, and be slowly discharged out of the body (7 days after disuse). |
