| Directions | Suspend 22.04 g in 1000 ml of purified/distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense into test tubes. Autoclave at 15 pounds pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool the medium in the upright position. |
