Cellulase (Neutral) is produced by submerged fermentation of Trichoderma reesei, followed by purification, formulation, and drying. This product operates efficiently within a broad temperature range of 65°C to 75°C and a pH range of 5.5 to 7.0. It is widely utilized in various industries, including animal feed, distilling, textiles, plant extracts, and food production. Cellulose is a polymer of glucose linked via β-1,4-glycosidic bonds. The cellulase enzyme system comprises three key components: endoglucanase (endo-1,4-β-D-glucanase or EG), cellobiohydrolases (exo-1,4-β-D-glucanases, or CX, or CBH), and β-glucosidases (1,4-β-D-glucosidase; BG; BGL). These enzymes work synergistically to break down cellulose into glucose efficiently. |
