| Description | HCN-01 is a highly concentrated neutral cellulase preparation obtained through the submerged fermentation of a nonpathogenic microbial strain. Specially designed for the denim abrasion process, it is exclusively recommended for formulations used in the bio-washing of denim garments, where it imparts significant abrasion and fading effects. Additionally, N-5000 can be utilized in the processing of cotton, hemp, viscose, yarn, and lyocell. |

| Application Recommendation |
Application The recommend dosage is 0.1-0.3% owg for Demin, and the treatment should last for 45-60 minutes. The dosage has to be optimized based on each application, the raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test with the convenient volume. Inactivation The enzyme is inactivated at temperature above 80°C for 10 minutes, or at pH above 8.0 for 10 minutes. |
