Overview

Description High-temperature insulation glass wool is a specialized thermal insulation material composed of glass fibers. It is engineered to endure high temperatures and is frequently utilized in industrial settings where maintaining elevated temperatures while minimizing heat loss is crucial.
This insulation material is crafted by spinning glass fibers and weaving them into a mat. The mat is then compressed to create a dense layer of insulation, offering exceptional thermal insulation properties. This helps to significantly reduce heat loss and boost energy efficiency.
Beyond its thermal insulation capabilities, high-temperature insulation glass wool also possesses fire-resistance and sound absorption qualities. It comes in various forms, including rolls, blankets, boards, and pipes, allowing for a wide range of applications tailored to specific industrial needs. This versatile and robust insulation solution is indispensable in maintaining optimal temperature control and energy efficiency in high-temperature industrial environments.
Features The Glass Wool Board is a board material made by pressing, heating, and solidifying super slender wool that has been mixed with a phenolic resin binder. This product can be covered with PVC cloth or aluminum foil for added protection and durability. The Glass Wool Board boasts light weight, high absorption coefficient, fire resistance, and excellent chemical stability.
Due to its lightweight, durable, and insulating properties, refractory glass wool board is commonly used in power station flue warm air ducts and steam pipelines. It is also suitable for insulating pipes with a diameter exceeding 300mm and reducing noise in high-temperature environments such as boilers, reaction vessels, tank shells, and piping in power plants, the chemical industry, and the pharmaceutical industry.
Advantages Glass Wool is produced by the rotary method. This glass wool has less glass spines, thinner fibers, and higher fiber density in the same density. Thus, it has excllent thermal insulation and sound absorption effects. In particular, its insulation effects improved through water-repellent processing unlike the existing glass wool.
Application Behind radiators: Reduces heat loss through heat transmission.
Thermal and sound insulation for building sides: Enhances comfort and efficiency.
Interior insulation for wooden houses: Improves thermal and sound insulation.
Soundproofing and fireproofing for walls and roofs: Provides safety and security.
Heat preservation for steel structure buildings: Maintains consistent indoor temperatures.
Wall and roof insulation: Saves energy and reduces heating and cooling costs.
Suitable for indoor partition walls and train compartments: Offers versatile usage options.
