Overview

Description GLU-01 is a glucoamylase. Glucoamylase can hydrolyze α-1.4 glucuronide bond of starch from the non-reducing terminal to produce glucose, and can also slowly hydrolyze α-1.6 glucuronide bond to convert it into glucose. At the same time, dextrin can be hydrolyzed, and the non-reducing end of glycogen releases B-D- glucose.
Advantages GLU-01 has the advantages of fast saccharification speed, reducing the occurrence of microbial contamination in the saccharification section. Strong post-saccharification capacity, which can effectively increase the intensity of fermentation and improve the alcohol yield.
