Description The product is an enzyme blend primarily composed of β-glucanase, with additional activities including amylases and pectinases. It is produced through submerged fermentation of carefully selected microbial strains, followed by purification and formulation.
These enzymes work synergistically to target glucan, amylopectin, and amylose, effectively reducing the viscosity of slurries or extracts. This reduction in viscosity facilitates processing and improves filtration efficiency.

Application Recommendation The recommended dosage is 0.3-0.5% on basis of dry plant material. Before dosing, the dry plant is pretreated by soaking in warm water for 30 min and pH is adjusted if necessary. The enzyme is dispersed in 40°C water, activated for 5~10 min and put into the soaked plant while gentle stirring. The enzymatic reaction is allowed to take place for around 2hrs. The dosage has to be optimized based on each application, the raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test with the convenient volume.
