| Description |
The Beta-Glucanase (BGS) enzyme is derived from the submerged fermentation of Trichoderma reesei, followed by purification and formulation. This product contains highly active β-Glucanase, which effectively catalyzes the breakdown of β-Glucan found in plant materials. In many processes, β-Glucan poses significant challenges due to its high viscosity, which can impede filtration and reduce the efficiency of feed digestion and absorption. The β-Glucanase enzyme in this product degrades β-Glucans into low molecular weight, non-viscous oligomers, thus mitigating these issues. |
