Description |
Alcalase is produced through submerged fermentation of Bacillus licheniformis, followed by purification and formulation. This enzyme is known for its ability to effectively hydrolyze proteins across a broad range of temperatures and pH levels. As a result, it is widely used in various industries, including food processing, medical treatments, detergents, vegetable and animal protein hydrolysis, chondroitin sulfate extraction, brewing, and leather processing. Alcalase, a serine-type endopeptidase, exhibits high efficiency in hydrolyzing proteins to produce peptides and amino acids. |
