Application |
Compared with hydration-acid degumming, enzymatic degumming has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, good degumming effect, high refining yield, wide range of application, less pollutant emission and green environmental protection, which can create more economic benefits for enterprises. In the process of oil degumming, phospholipase can hydrolyze the ester bond to produce hydrophilic glyceryl phospholipids, hemolytic phospholipids and glyceryl phospholipids, which can be easily removed by hydration, thus reducing emulsification in the final process.In this way, the colloid can be separated cleaner in the process of centrifugal separation, and the loss of neutral oil can be reduced. |

Storage and Transportation Requirements |
This product is a bioactive substance, high temperature, strong acid, strong alkali will cause enzyme inactivation.
