| Enzyme Inactivation |
Use sodium carbonate solution and adjust pH to 9 - 9.5, temperature 80°C, running 10-15 minutes. General Packaging, Storage, Shelf life and Transportation Packing For Liquid enzyme: PE barrel, Spec: 30kg, 225kg, 1125kg. Solid enzyme: 1.Inner packing is PE bags, external is paper drum. Spec: 25kg, 50kg. 2.Paper-plastic laminating bags, Spec: 20kg. |

| Application Guideline |
This product can be applied for different wet treatment processing, such as industry washing machine, jetdyeing machine, and other machines with strong mechanical actions. After bleaching, adjust the bath solution's temperature and pH for requirement and dose Dye-bath Enzyme, then running 20 min to reach the double targets of peroxide clean-up and bio-finishing. After above completed, dose salt and dyes materials for normal dyeing process.The bleaching, peroxide clean-up (together with bio-finishing) and dyeing can be completed in the same bath. | Storage and Transportation Requirements |
Enzyme is a kind of proteins of which the activity will be affected by high temperature and strong light. Therefore it shall be stored at 4-25°C dry and ventilated place. Insolation and drench must be avoided. Enzyme is non-hazardous chemicals, which can be shipped as normal. Mixing and shipping together with hazardous and poisonous chemicals is prohibited. Avoid the direct sunshine and rain. Avoid stress, load and unload lightly. |
| Shelf Life | Under suitable storage conditions, the liquid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 6 months, and the solid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 12 months. Expiration and or unsuitable storage conditions including high temperature will cause dosage increase. |
