| Description | Corn starch processing enzyme is a compound enzyme designed for corn starch processing industry, it is refined through liquid deep fermentation and extraction, formula contains various selected enzyme and superior stains. Targeting the characteristics of corn raw material, this enzyme can hydrolyze substrate efficiently and selectively, and can decrease corn syrup viscosity rapidly, it is good for separation of fiber, protein and starch, and can increase starch extraction rate, improve byproduct performance and operation performance of production process. |
| Usage | Dilute this enzyme with proper clean water, then evenly dose it to fine grinding and fiber washing process of corn starch production. |
| Characteristics |
Adaptive Temperature: effective reaction temperature range is 30-65°C, optimum temperature is 45-55°C. Adaptive pH Value: effective reaction pH range is 3.0-7.0, optimum pH is 4.0-5.5. |

| Warnings | Direct contact will stimulate the skin, eyes or mucous membrane. If direct contact happened, wash the affected area for 15 minutes with mild water. Please see doctor if still feel uncomfortable. |
| Storage and Transportation Requirements | Products should be sealed and stored at 4-25°C in shady, dry and ventilated place. Avoid the high temperature or direct sunshine during storage and shipment, and avoid solarization and rain. Mixing storage and shipment with hazardous and harmful materials is prohibited. |
| Shelf Life | Normally at 25°C and condition of unopened package seal, shelf life of CSP-01 is 12 months and CSP-01L is 6 months. Expiration and/or unsuitable storage condition including temperature rise highly will cause increase of dosage. |
