Overview

Description Conzyme is a liquid alkaline pectinase preparation designed specifically for the bioscouring of knitted natural cellulosic fibers, including cotton, linen, hemp, and blends. This enzyme effectively removes pectin and other impurities from cotton fibers without degrading the cellulose. By softening the fibers and eliminating cotton seed residues, Conzyme optimizes the dyeing performance of the fabric.

Definition of Unit 1 unit of Alkaline Pectinase equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes Polygalacturonic acid to get 1 mmol of unsaturated Polygalacturonic acid in 1 min. at 45°C and pH 9.4.

Time 30-60 minutes
