Description Cell proliferation tracer fluorescent probe is a good tool for cell tracing and cell proliferation detection. The probe passes through the intact cell membrane, enters the cell and is catalyzed by intracellular esterases to CFSE, which randomly and irreversibly binds to lysine residues or other amino groups of intracellular proteins and labels these proteins. Cells can be adequately labeled approximately 24 h after addition of the fluorescent probe CFDA SE.
