Description Cell apoptosis kit for in situ apoptosis detection detects apoptotic cells in tissue and cultured cell samples by incorporating a small, highly specific labeling fraction and a bright fluorescent dye. Incorporation of the labeled portion into a DNA fragment is achieved by a catalytic “click” reaction under conditions gentle enough to preserve the fluorescent signal.
