Description CD-GOD can be used not only for the production of general formula bread, but also for the production of high-fat and high-sugar formula bread that requires long-term fermentation.
Characteristics Effective pH range: 3.0-8.0; optimal pH range: 4.0-6.5
Effective temperature range: 20-70°C; optimal temperature range: 35-55°C.
Product Functions Improve the water absorption of dough;
Enhance the strength of gluten and increase the maximum viscosity, thereby improving dough stability and mechanical endurance rate;
Make the dough product more plump and anti-aging;
Reduce damage value, improve bread quality and increase bread volume.
