Description CD-Teflavourzyme can effectively improve the flavor of Meat protein hydrolysate and increase the amino nitrogen content.
Characteristics Effective pH range: 5.0-9.5; optimal pH range: 6.0-8.5
Effective temperature range: 30-75°C; optimal temperature range: 50-60°C.
Product Functions Remove hydrophobic amino acids at the end of bitter peptides, and eliminate bitterness produced during proteolysis;
Produce delicious peptides to improve the flavor and taste of the hydrolysate;
Effectively increase the amino acid nitrogen content of hydrolyzate.
