Cation exchange resin 
Cation exchange resin is an excellent product for water treatment, and its principle of action is that metal cations in the ambient water solution and hydrogen ions on the resin undergo ion exchange, so that the cations in the solution are transferred to the resin, and H+ on the resin is exchanged into the water to purify the water.
