Summary | The brewing enzyme complex is specially developed for mashing in brewing. The synergistic and balanced activities lead to improved extract yield, wort viscosity reduction, fast wort filtration, wort FAN level, fermentable sugar and beer stability. |
Description | The brewing enzyme is a specialized enzyme complex designed for mashing in brewing. Each enzyme component in this blend is produced through submerged fermentation using carefully selected microbial strains, followed by separation and purification. The combined synergistic effects of these enzymes significantly reduce wort viscosity, facilitating easier filtration, increasing extract yield, and enhancing overall brewhouse efficiency. The enzyme complex is optimized for the mashing process and performs exceptionally well within the temperature range of 60-70°C. |
Advantages | Brewing enzyme compound SBM-002 for brewhouse efficiency and beer stability |
Application | For brewhouse efficiency improvement |
