Bioactive Complex, BC-012 | Introduction | BC-012 is a biological agent developed for the anaerobic system of sewage treatment plants. It consists of a professional mix of microbial strains, trace elements, microbial growth promoting factors, enzyme preparations, buffers and inorganic and organic nutrients. It is mainly used for starting and restarting the anaerobic process section of the sewage treatment system and for improving the activity of microorganisms in the anaerobic system. |
| Usage | During the start-up period of the anaerobic process section of the sewage treatment system, the anaerobic agent is added to the water inlet of the anaerobic system at a dosage of 10-15 ppm (based on the tank volume). During the routine maintenance period of the anaerobic system, the dosage is 5-8 ppm. The dosage and frequency of addition are determined according to the frequency and degree of problems in the anaerobic system. The dosage of special products needs to be determined by relevant tests. |

The anaerobic process section of the sewage treatment system is often subject to a series of operating problems, including: 1. VFA accumulation, slow or mid-stage methane production; 2. Low COD removal efficiency in the anaerobic process section; 3. Unstable effluent from the anaerobic process section; 4. Slow commissioning/startup of the anaerobic process section. This product can not only solve the above problems, but also improve the problems of anaerobic sludge survival difficulties in extreme environments such as nutrient deficiency and high salinity. |
