Introduction | BC-010 is a biological agent developed for wastewater with high salinity, which enables normal biochemical treatment of such wastewater. BC-010 is composed of salt-tolerant bacteria selected from nature, enzyme preparations and nutrients in a professional ratio. It is mainly used for normal biochemical system treatment of industrial wastewater with a salt content of 1%-3.5%, and is usually used in aerobic systems such as aeration tanks. |
Usage | Under normal circumstances, BC-010 is directly added to the aerobic system area of the sewage plant. The dosage is between 1 ppm-10 ppm (based on the daily treated water volume), and the specific dosage is evaluated based on the total salt mass, COD load, daily treated water volume, retention time, etc. |
Application Scenario |
Generally, wastewater with a total salt content greater than 1% is called high-salinity wastewater. This type of wastewater has the following negative effects on microorganisms: 1. As the salinity increases, the osmotic pressure of microbial cells is affected, resulting in the impact on microbial metabolism; 2. Salinity enhances the respiration of microorganisms and the lysis of cells; 3. Salinity reduces the biodegradability and degradability of organic matter. |
Application | BC-010 can withstand a high-salinity environment with a salt content of 1%-3.5% and can survive well. These microorganisms are selected from nature and have special protein and cell wall structures. At the same time, they can secrete special substances to form a new protective layer and adjust the osmotic pressure in the cell body to protect the protoplasm in the cell. The enzyme preparations contained in BC-010 can increase the COD in the organic salts degraded by microorganisms, and the nutrients can supplement the missing components in the wastewater, which is beneficial to the removal of COD in the wastewater treatment system. |
