Bioactive Complex, BC-003 | Introduction | BC-003 is a biological agent developed for the hydrolysis and acidification process of sewage treatment systems. It is composed of a professional ratio of microbial strains and enzyme preparations. It is mainly used for the start-up and restart of the hydrolysis and acidification process of sewage treatment systems and for improving the operating capacity of the process. It is usually used in hydrolysis and acidification tanks, and can also be used in lagoons, aerobic tanks and oxidation ponds. In the BC-003 product ratio, the microbial strains are screened from nature and compounded with appropriate enzyme preparations. Together, they can improve the operating efficiency of the hydrolysis and acidification process of municipal, industrial and food processing sewage treatment systems. |
| Usage | Usually, BC-003 is regularly added directly to the water inlet of the hydrolysis acidification tank or other tanks. During the system startup period, the dosage is 3 ppm (based on the amount of water treated per day). During the system routine maintenance period, the dosage is 0.15 ppm (based on the amount of water treated per day). The dosage and frequency of addition are determined according to the frequency and degree of problems that occur in the system. |

The hydrolysis and acidification process section of the sewage treatment system often encounters a series of operating problems during operation after receiving sewage from municipal industry and food processing, including: 1. Affected by water quality, the ability of this section to improve B/C is unknown and fluctuates greatly; 2. Low treatment efficiency will affect the anaerobic and aerobic processes in the subsequent section; 3. The hydrolysis function and the acidification function are sometimes not well balanced; 4. The organic matter in the effluent is high. BC-003 contains microbial strains and enzyme preparations selected from nature.
