Overview

Description Nutrizyme (β-glucanase) [EC 3.2.1.6] is produced from Trichoderma reesei using fermentation and extraction technology. This enzyme efficiently catalyzes the breakdown of β-glucans into glucose and other low molecular weight materials. It is a high-quality concentrate suitable for use in both the feedstuff and food industries. In feedstuff processing, Nutrizyme BG L addresses the issue of high viscosity in feeds containing barley, thereby improving nutrient absorption in animals. In the brewing industry, it significantly accelerates the filtration process during beer production.
