General recommendations are as follows (% on Pelt Wt): Cattle upper leather: 0.30%-0.50%, 45-60 minutes Cattle garment leather: 0.50%-1.50%, 120-240 minutes Cattle sofa leather: 1.20%-1.80%, 120-240 minutes Cattle car seat leather: 1.00%-1.50%, 120-240 minutes Sheep garment leather: 0.30%-1.00%, 180-240 minutes Goat garment leather: 1.00%-1.50% 180-240 minutes Goat upper leather: 0.50%-1.00%, 90-180 minutes Pigskin upper leather: 0.60%-1.00%, 90-180 minutes Pigskin garment leather: 1.00%-2.00%, 180-300 minutes The dosage has to be optimized based on each application, the raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test with the convenient volume. |
