| Description | L3000 series is produced and refined by utilizing the excellent strains through liquid submerged fermentation and advanced post-extraction equipment. The acidic cellulase L3000 series products can be directly or further diluted for the bio-polishing/bio-finishing of cotton fabrics and other cellulosic fabric process and fading treatment (stone-washing) of denim garments. |
| Characteristics |
Workable in wide temperature range (30-60°C), Best in 40-55°C Workable in wide PH range (4.0-7.0), Best in pH 4.5-5.5. For cotton fabric bio-polishing/finishing process, the fabric can get long time anti-pilling performance. Fabrics are hand-feel softer, well-shaped, surface brightly, and texture more clear after treatment. Less fabric strength loss. The color shade of fabrics will not change if biopolishing/finishing is launched after dyeing. In denim washing/fading, short time washing can get clearly results with strong stereoscopic and low back-staining. |

This product can be applied for different wet treatment processing, such as industrial washing machine, overflow machine, jetdyeing machine, and other machines with strong mechanical actions. Application Process Suggestion Dosage: 0.2-2.0% owf Bath Ratio: 1: 4 - 1: 15 Temperature: 40 - 60°C pH Value: 4 - 5.5 Processing Time: 20-90min Enzyme Inactivation: Using sodium carbonate adjust solution pH to 9 - 9.5, Temperature 80°C, Running 10-15 minutes. |

| Storage and Transportation Requirements |
Enzyme is a kind of proteins of which the activity will be affected by high temperature and strong light. Therefore it shall be stored at 4-25°C dry and ventilated place. Insolation and drench must be avoided. Enzyme is non-hazardous chemicals, which can be shipped as normal. Mixing and shipping together with hazardous and poisonous chemicals is prohibited. Avoid the direct sunshine and rain. Avoid stress, load and unload lightly. |
| Shelf Life | Under suitable storage conditions, the liquid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 6 months, and the solid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 12 months. Expiration and or unsuitable storage conditions including high temperature will cause dosage increase. |
