| Description |
Xylanase (Acid) is produced by submerged fermentation of Trichoderma reesei, followed by purification and formulation. This product exhibits high hydrolytic activity across a broad temperature range (30°C-80°C) and pH spectrum (3.0-7.5). Comprising an enzyme complex, Xylanase effectively degrades xylan into Xylo-oligosaccharides and xylose. The product primarily contains β-1,4-xylanase and β-xylosidase, along with additional enzymes such as α-D-glucuronidase, α-L-furan arabinosidase, acetyl xylanase, and feruloyl esterase. This combination ensures comprehensive degradation of natural xylan present in plant materials. |
