Overview

Performance Suited for all tanning operations in the acid side, such as, pickling, acid bating, wet-blue reconditioning and so on.
Benefits The effectiveness is tender, balanced. Effectively improve the pliability and fullness of the leathers, increase the yield of leather output. When used in Wet-Blue reconditioning, it promotes the absorption of tanning agent and improve the dyeing uniformity, it has very good permeability, evenly soften effect can be obtained. Its use will not lead to loose grain on leather.
Application When the temperature of Wet-Blue reconditioning is 40°C, the recommended dosage is 1%. With higher temperature, please reduce the dosage.
Dosage In acid bating, general dosages are as follows (% on Pelt Wt):
Cattle upper leather: 0.50%- 1.00%
Cattle sofa leather: 2.00% -3.00%
Sheep garment leather: 1.00% -3.00%
Goat garment leather: 1.50% -3.00%
Pigskin upper leather: 1.00%- 2.00%
Pigskin garment leather: 2.00%- 4.00%
